This 'boutique' training organisation was established in 1974 in San Francisco, CA by dr. Chérie Carter-Scott, Ph.D. Together with her sister Lynn U. Stewart, the organisation has conducted programmes with Fortune 500 companies all over the world throughout the last 30 years.
