Are you curious, open minded and willing to learn about yourself?
Do you feel you can get more out of yourself and those around you?
Do you have a sense that there is something holding you back?
Are you ready for change and do you have the courage and commitment to take action?

If the answer to one or more of these questions is 'yes' then we invite you to consider participating in the next INW.

what people think...
“Some workshops are life changing. This workshop that I followed years ago with Chérie and Lynn, still rings through in what I do and who I am."
Harry Starren, CEO de Baak, Management Centrum VNO-NCW.

what is the INW about?
In essence, the INW is about you and your objectives. The INW is an intensive two-day experience for those who want more energy, joy, love and success in their lives. Participants take an inward-bound journey to the place within them that holds the answers to their professional and personal questions.

Therefore, the INW is an opportunity to renew the relationship with yourself in an intimate and reflective environment. The workshop offers a safe platform for self-discovery and growth in which you can:
- design the next chapter of your life, according to your life goals,
  wishes and … grandest dreams
- explore personal themes or address specific obstacles
- heal and complete past incidents

You will enter the workshop with personal objectives or issues you want to work on. Each participant comes with objectives which will constitute their individual workshop experience.
Examples of possible objectives are to:
- increase my self confidence and as a result increase my energy
  and productivity
- feel my passion, my highs and lows, find them, follow them and
  get into them
- make a choice about my career
- get my strength, sense of power and independence back
- overcome my fears
- get more in touch with my emotions
- improve my communication skills: listening, understanding and
  sending in a clear way
- trust my intuition again and better listen to myself
- set my boundaries and make them clear to others

What are yours…?

what are the take-aways?
The workshop is designed for you to 'unlock' your true potential and launch yourself into the next phase of your professional and/or private life. This two day retreat will help you break with old patterns, master self-defeating tendencies, ritualize change in a positive way or formulate a strategy for transition.

In the past 30 years thousands of people have taken the INW all over the world. They are the living proof that there is a lot of hidden power within all of us that is well worth exploring and acting upon. From many testimonials the following benefits have been emphasized:
- increased self-awareness and confidence
- freedom of choice and behaviour
- a clear sense of inner direction
- a strong feel of inner-balance
- new inspiration and energy

what you need to know beforehand
If you are interested in participating to the INW please consider the following.

Voluntary and committed
The INW is a two days intensive residential workshop. Preceded by an intake and followed by a follow-up session approximately six weeks after the workshop. You should only choose to attend if you are fully committed to exploring on your personal objectives and act upon your findings.

Intake
The workshop is preceded by an intake in which you explore the issues you would like to work on. In the interview you will formulate your objectives for the workshop. Together we will assess whether the workshop fits your development needs at this very moment. The intake interview is free of charge. Click here to contact us or call +31-6-21577297.

Your objectives
During the INW every participant will work on his or her objectives. Our working assumption is that everyone carries his or her own answers and that you are responsible for your own process. Your process is stimulated and facilitated during both group and personal sessions of your design. In a way you will create your own experience within the INW workshop.

Personal attention
One of the unique aspects of the INW is that participants receive highly focussed personal attention. Up to every three participants will be facilitated by a professional MMS trained facilitator. In the Netherlands the INW is being lead in English by Lynn Stewart and/or dr. Chérie Carter-Scott, supported by a team of Dutch speaking facilitators.

Venue and program
The INW's in The Netherlands are being held in a central location. In 2007 the location will be Woudschoten Conference Centre in Zeist. The INW starts at 9 am on the Friday and ends at 9 pm on the Saturday. One overnight stay is part of the program. The follow up session will be scheduled according to the wishes of the group approximately six weeks after the INW.

Investment
€1.750 , exclusive of 19% VAT, inclusive of all materials, one overnight stay, meals, the intake and the follow-up session.

frequently asked questions

Q: If I am a very private person, should I take the INW?
A: There is no pressure to participate in any way. You are encouraged to choose every moment and to do what feels right to you. There is no peer pressure, the only expectation is for you to get what you want in whatever way you want.

Q: I live nearby, can I spend the night at home?
A: The overnight stay is part of the experience and part of the commitment to yourself and therefore included in the price. Our experience has learned that this night strongly contributes to the results. It adds to the focus on yourself and your objectives. Instead of going back to family life, social activities, e-mails and so, we invite you to remain focused on what you came for.

Q: Do you recommend that friends or people who are in relationship take the INW together?
A: It really depends on the type of relationship that you have. If you have an open, 'equal' relationship with no secrets, then 'yes' by all means do it together. If you have a relationship that has secrets and private areas, then do it at different times.

Q: What do I bring to the INW?
A: Bring a willingness to discover solutions that you never considered before. Bring curiosity about how to manifest your dreams. Bring the courage to explore new ways of interacting and communicating. Bring your list of objectives, those specific items that you want to be different. You can also bring a sweater or jacket, a favorite pen, jogging material, etc.

Q: Why do people take the INW?
A: People take the INW because they want to use these two days to efficiently make changes to enhance the quality of their lives. They want to quiet the voices in their minds, to heal old incidents, to experiment with new behaviors, to end old patterns, to create new beginnings, and to manifest the life they want to live.

Q: What do people hope to get out of the INW?
A: In the wizard of OZ, each of the characters wants something they feel they lack. The lion wants courage, the tin man wants a heart, the scarecrow wants a brain, and Dorothy wants to find her way home. In a sense the INW is similar in that each person comes with their own objectives and through their intention and the support in the room everyone gets what they are looking for.

Q: What is the success rate?
A: The success rate of the INW is extremely high because we do intakes with all people interesting in taking the INW. We do this, to ensure that they have real objectives and we make certain that they truly want to make the INW the vehicle that will get them where they want to go.

Q: What makes it different from other workshops?
A: Many workshops involve a traditional didactic approach with a teacher or trainer who lectures, and there are certain exercises that everyone does at relatively the same time. The INW is different in that you are designing your own workshop in a small and intimate environment. Through the MMS coaching method, you will uncover your answers and design your individual way to create your unique imprint. When you come up with your answers and then are supported in ritualizing them, you orchestrate your own rite of passage from the old to the new. Everyone gets personal attention, and a minimum of four individual mini-coaching sessions, one at each break.
